Michelle Pleiness is the vice president of member development. She is responsible for the membership preservation by ensuring that we have direct communication with each of our members and understand their needs. In addition, the Member Development Team is responsible for growing the membership in all classifications and into new markets.
Michelle joined HPS in 1996. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Western Michigan University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
