5.11.09- Wristband standardization deadline approaching
The MHA Patient Safety Organization established a June 1, 2009, deadline to standardize three color-coded patient alert wristbands in Michigan hospitals. Participation by all MHA-member hospitals will allow the MHA PSO to gauge the success of this effort and prepare hospitals for questions from local media and community leaders.

To address the recent concerns, HPS directs you to visit http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/  for additional A H1N1 virus information with regard to U.S. statistics and prevalence.

Correction!
4.28.09- Food Service Equipment Flier Correction
There was an error printed on the current food service equipment savings flier. Globe Mixers and Channel Can Storage Racks should read "Plus freight" in lieu of "Prepaid freight." We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
